Pair of MR Armchairs by Mies van der Rohe - Germany, 1970's
Knoll, circa 1978. These sculptural chairs were designed in 1927 and have become an icon of modernist design. This pair retains their wonderfully patinated saddle leather upholstery. These chairs are from the estate of one of the partners of the Atlanta architectural firm of Heery and Heery.

Very good original condition with outstanding patina to the original leather. Some very faint spots and scratches to the leather, as you would expect with vintage leather seating. One of the leather chair backs has some faint scratches.
